Watering Desert Rose Seedlings

I have 40 desert rose seedlings with six leaves and looking good. I’ve been keeping them moist but at what stage do I back off with the watering?

You can back off watering now. Once they have 2-3 sets of true leaves, they start to function like the adult plant.
