Q.When should you plant parade rose bushes?

Current temperatures are ranging from 39 (low) to 70 (high) degrees. I am in Texas, Dallas area.

They are planted the same as regular roses, in fall. However, this is usually dependent on the weather in your area. I have had success with both fall and spring planting here in Zone 7.
