When Saving Melon Seeds It Says Tofreeze And Refrigeate After Cleaning And Drying. Doesn’t That Make Seeds Moist Rather Than Dry?

As long as you contain the seeds, properly, in an airtight container then it will not be able to rehydrate the seeds.
