If the tree doesn’t flower, look at the location of the tree and the care it receives. Orange trees need sun, plenty of water, and regular fertilization. Also consider the age of the orange tree. Fruit is expected three to five years after you plant the tree. You may want to add some more phosphorus to the soil, such as bone meal, which will help promote blooming.
