When is the best time to prune my Santana Hibiscus?

I have a Santana hibiscus that started blooming mid fall and still has a bloom now and then, now that it’s winter. Just wanting to know when is the best time to prune it? How to prune it also?

First, you don’t want to prune if it’s currently in bloom, so wait until it’s finished. In most cases, spring the the best time for pruning these plants.
