When is the best time to plant Stokesia?

I want to plant Stokesia in an area that is sunny at least 6 hours and need to know when is the best time to plant.

If you’re putting in bedding plants, any time is good. If you’re planting seeds, check on the package for time tp flower, to make sure you have time before first frost.
