Q.repotted calla lily turning yellow

flopea added on April 11, 2015 | Answered

when I received my calla lily, I repotted it and the roots were really cluttered. I repotted and now the leaves are turning yellow. Perhaps I need to take out of the pot and put on paper and let the roots dry out a bit. What is your advice?
Thank you.

Do you believe you may have overwatered the pot? I would not advise removing the plant and letting the plant roots dry out in that manner.
Make sure your pot has adequate drainage holes and raise up the pot so excess water can drain out.

Here is a link about growing Calla Lily with a section on keeping them in pots.
