Q.When I Moved My Bougainvillea Outdoors It Looks Like Its Dying. Why?
I moved my bougainvillea from the garage to outdoors after the last freeze. It was covered in leaves but when we moved it, the plant fell over and had not root system. I have been babying it, putting root stimulator on in, and watering it. I have kept strict watch on it. I have scraped the branches and they are still green, but no leaves. What should I do to keep my beautiful plant?

It may have been overwatered while in the garage and has root rot. Quickly repot the plant in fresh soil and a new or sanitized container. Push the stems into the soil and keep it in a shady area or inside and hopefully new roots will form.
When it gets new roots, it can be gradually moved into full sun.
Bougainvilleas are drought tolerant once established so be sure not to overwater. Here is more:
