When Do I Take Off The Lid?

I would like to know when I take the lid off the hydroponic jar. Is it when it sprouts?

It is typically recommended to start seeds outside of the hydroponic system, then transplant them into the system after germination. Enclosing the seeds in a jar or using a dome will aid in germination by providing a humid environment. Remove the lid or dome once the seeds germinate.
