Drought while i was away. Some dead leaves and blooms. How do I treat the plant?

It really depends on the plant in question. Deadheading will help many plants to continue producing, but a damaged plant will need to recover first. This is also plant specific, so you will need to provide the correct care according to what your specific plant needs.

Providing correct care is all that is necessary to recover from drought damage.
