What’s wrong with this plant? It’s growing like crazy but soon after they open they have these spots on them

I believe it’s some sort of Chinese Palm. Have had a lot of issues with it.

This is a Chinese Fan Palm. This looks like it could either be an overwatering issue, or a fungal issue, which can happen from overwatering.

I would be careful correcting this, as this method can damage your plant if it is used too heavily.

Use once part peroxide to three parts water and water this into the container. Make sure there are plenty of drainage holes to let out extra water, as you do not want any to stand in the bottom of the pot.

This will only need to be done once, or any other time that this happens.
