What’s Wrong With My Tree

My tree Is dropping these dark branch type things with dark little balls all over them. My tree hasn’t ever done this in the 9 yrs I’ve been here.

If you don’t feel it is sooty mold, it sounds like it is likely another type of fungus. Treat the tree with a fungicide, such as neem oil, and that should help to clear it up.
