What’s wrong with my jackfruit tree?

My baby jackfruit tree had been doing so well until a couple months ago. I started noticing brown spots on older leaves, and a few weeks ago, the new leaves are getting brown spots on them. I don’t see anything eating the leaves. The new leaves are growing out with brown spots on them, and it’s not doing well. What should I do?

I live in Texas, the tree was outside until recently I’ve moved it into the house because it was getting cold.

Several fungi can cause leaf spotting on Jackfruit.

I would treat the plant with a fungicide. Increase air circulation and make sure the soil is properly draining.

Root Rot can be an issue with Jackfruit Trees.
