Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe leaves on my ghost pepper plants have blisters all over them and the edges are curling up. They also have brown spots and are turning yellow and falling off. The stems have brown streaks up and down them. I have 6 plants, 9 inches tall, and 8 plants, 2-3 inches tall. I have two 30-watt 6, 500k bulbs and three 23-watt 2, 700k bulbs on all my plants. Is there anything I can do to help them or am I going to have to throw them all out and start over?

Unfortunately, it sounds like bacterial leaf spot. There is not much you can do once it sets in. This article has more information:
