Columbine Plants

Q.Whats wrong with my columbine? disease,damage, or insects not sure what’s wrong.

I planted this columbine in late March early April since then it has snowed a small amount and we have had a few frost my other columbine plants that I planted last year and are growing now don’t seem affected by this.

The area seems to have a soil infection. I usually correct this by adding wettable sulfur and dolomitic lime to the soil around the area. This can help remedy the situation, and get the soil pH back in balance.
