Whats wrong with my apple tree?

For all my apple tree’s life it has been grown inside my house in front of my kitchen window in Florida. My apple tree is still young, it’s only just finished growing a foot tall. My apple tree is doing quite well (and other then a few brown tipped leaves from when i was first growing it and i watered a little it too much) and it seems pretty healthy. But, just recently one of it’s leaves has started, disintegrating or something?
the leaf looks healthy but in parts of it the leaf has turned translucent and in those its veins show and are brown colored. This has only happened to that one leaf and doesn’t appear to be spreading to any of the other leaves. This happened about a week ago(maybe a week and a half?), and it doesn’t seem to be affecting my tree which looks to be growing normally. But do you know what it is? it’s making me worry for my little tree. 🙁

This could be damage from a Leaf Miner.
Neem Oil can be used to treat for most pests and even some fungus disease.
It’s good to keep an eye out for any other signs of pests or disease.
