Q.What’s up with my viburnum tree

My viburnum tree came into leaf after it had winter flowered, now all the leaves are falling off and they are covered in autumn coloured circles (see photo) could you tell me what’s wrong, the tree is 25ft tall so I can’t see if there are any insects…but I would hate to lose it…I hope you can help
