Q.What’s Going on With My Sago With All These Huge Fronds
I bought a small sago palm two years ago for indoors. Suddenly this summer it sprouted seven hugely tall fronds. They are at least two feet taller than the original plant. Is that normal? Will it happen again?

The long leggy nature of these new frond stems suggests that the plant may not be getting enough light. For additional sago info, this link will help: http://www.rhapisgardens.com/sagos/
