Q.What’s Attacking My New Dogwood?

Lives in part sun. Leaves are drying and curling from tips. Continues back toward the branch until the lead falls off. New growth occurring, but also susceptible. Very few holes in leaves. Nothing eating outer edges. Only other plant w similar prob is Snow On The Mountain – 10ft away from tree.
