What Would Best To Grow In 3ft By 10 Foot Shady Area Between Shed And High Conifer Hedge

I am continually weeding the area around 2 cats’ graves. Would turf grow there?

You might try a groundcover. Then you wouldn't have to mow it. It looks like your area does not freeze in the winter so your plants should stay green year round. Here are some ideas:

Ferns would do well in a shady area, as well as Solomon's seal and liriope.
