What type of fertilizer should I use on a 15 year old potted sago

This plant has always been in a pot. It might be root bound, but I just don’t want to break the pot it is in. I have never put any kind of fertilizer or additives in the soil. It is a healthy plant and it has never bloomed.

Sagos bloom pretty rarely, so the fact that it has not bloomed is not an issue. If it is happy, I don’t think you need to repot it. As far as fertilizer goes, I would recommend a balanced, water soluble fertilizer once every 1-2 months.
