What To Use To Make A Soilless Potting Mix For A Self Watering Container? I Have 26 Cu Feet To Fill (6’x3’x17″)

Can you help me by telling me what I need and how much of each to fill the container? I am having a hard time trying to figure it out. This is my first time. Also, most of my garden is going to be tomatoes, is there anything else I should be putting in there? Thank you. FYI it is too expensive for me to use your soilless potting mix for the container that I have built.
