What to do for my Hosta? There is some kind of green bug with cotton like stuff and they jump.

Hard to say for sure but it could be leafhoppers, which come in a variety of colors and will leave behind cottony masses - and, of course, they jump. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/insects/leafhopper-control.htm
