Q.What To Add To My Garden Soil Over The Winter

My garden has not been planted for two years. Two years of fallen leaves have been tilled into the soil. What should I add to it for spring planting?

If the soil is already well draining, you can add compost to enrich the soil. If the soil is clayey, consider adding more amendments to loosen the soil.
