What Time Of Year Would I Transplant Gardenia’s From Pot To Ground? I Think They Might Be Too Big For The Pots And Although Heal

thy there are lots of buds but no flowers like they used to have. I live in Newcastle NSW. Also what time of year do I prune roses? June or July? Also when to plant new roses. Is it best to plane bare rout or normal planting method which I have always used before.
