Q.What Time Of Year Can You Transplant A Peony?
We have a peony that is ancient. We have moved it from two different homes in the past 50 years. We need to move it to a spot that has full sun, since the spot we have it now a shrub has over taken the area with shade, and it is no longer flowering.
