What Shrubs And Trees Can I Plant In My Paddock With Sheep?

I have 8 sheep on 2.5 acres and I’d like to add trees and shrubs to have shade and improve the look with colour and flowers for my bees.

I did not find any resources for specifically sheep resistant shrubs, however, one article includes types of plants that animals tend to avoid browsing. You may have a local source for which of these would not be browsed by sheep. I do include articles about plants that are toxic to animals and should be avoided.
