What should I do with small fruits on my fig tree.It has already produced good fruit earlier in the year

The tree is growing in the ground in a sheltered spot.Fruiting for about 4years.

Are the small fruits ripening? If they are, you might want to use them for jams and preserves. They should still be useful if they're ripening. Here's an article in case the small ones are a problem:
