Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI received my plants today and the instructions say to remove plants from the plastic shipping bag and plant immediately. It says if I can’t plant immediately, store the open package in a cool place. How long can I keep it that way? Is there anything I should do for it until I plant it!

It's important to keep the roots moist if you have to hold it over. I wouldn't keep it for more than a week. Any longer and you need to "heel" it into the ground. That just means digging a trench large enough to hold the roots and about 2/3 of the top growth. Place it in the trench and cover with soil. When you are ready, just pull it out of the trench.
