Q.what should I do for this Christmas cactus

So this cactus was my mom’s. She passed away and I am trying to care for her plants. She’s had this cactus for years and I would really like to continue keeping it going. It seems like this Christmas cactus needs some help. After watering it, it did improve a little, but it still seems like it needs some tlc. Should I repot and remove the part of the plant that has no leave left?
