All all purpose vegetable fertilizer can be fine, but I would recommend, instead, to till in some compost into the top layer of soil. This will take care of the nutrient content and prepare to plant with something else. This article will help you to know what else you can do to prepare your soil: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/improving-garden-soil.htm [1]
