What plants for which part of my yard

I’m wondering what type of plants to plant on the northwest corner of my yard. It is predominantly north so mostly shade but late day sun.

We need more info to give you sound advice. Please repost, or add to this one, with your location, type of soil in the area and whether you seek to grow shrubs, perennials or annuals. Does the area get filtered sunlight, morning or evening direct light or would you characterize the area as deep shade? thank you
