What Plants Can I Grow That Keep Away the Pesty Cabbage Moth/White Moth?

My beautiful veggie patch has been invaded by these white moths! I do not want to use pesticides as I have gone to great lengths to keep my garden organic but instead would like to plant something that keeps them far far away!! Any ideas?

Neem and Pyrethrum are botanical insecticides and are widely available. Bacillus Thuringiensis, commonly known as Bt, a natural bacterium works very well against cabbage looper worms. Homemade insecticides include: crushed red pepper, garlic, onions, rubbing alcohol, crushed tomato leaves and ground cloves in differing amounts.
