Hello,
The woman who used to own our house was a horticulturalist. She planted a lot of no or low maintenance plants. I have a few that seem to come back every year and do really well. I don’t know what they are.would you be able to help me identify them please?

The first is called Houttuynia cordata, or the Chameleon plant. The Second is a type of Sedum, and would be hard to tell which until it flowers.
