Q.What Plant Will Thrive In This Corner?

I’d like to put a tall/focal plant in a this particular corner of our house, but plants keep dying there. I’ve put a fiddle leaf tree, palm, and a tree like plant with braided trunk. All had to be moved out. I can’t figure out what plant will thrive in this corner next to our northeast facing sliding door. Please help!

The ZZ plant is touted as one of the best plants in low light. Snake plant will tolerate low light (but actually has better coloration in moderate light) and there are very tall varieties. The Parlor Palm prefers low light. Here is more info:
