It is very hard to say in its current state. It looks to be a Maple of some sort, but there is a chance it could be a hardy Hibiscus.

I don't know if you can see this BushDoctor, but do you have any advice for what I should do with it? I'm no expert but even I can tell it looks a bit dead or something. Is it worth keeping?
