Q.What Kind Of Tree Is This?

I do gardening for a non-profit organization. They asked me what kind of tree a particular one was as it is reaching the top of a 2 story house now and needs some trimming. Can you tell me what it is?

It looks like one of three species of Oak. I'm thinking Quercus rubra, Quercus castaneifolia, or most likely, Quercus cerris. They are closely related, and will all have similar care. Here is an article that will show you several different types of Oak trees:
