what kind of Holly shrub for house foundation

Question

I would like to have holly shrub in small front house foundation. What type in zone 5, how long/wide are the lateral roots, amount of maintenance (pruning, fertilizing, watering), how far away from house is safe for mature shrub planted there and can it be shaped to pyramid shape?
