Q.WHAT KIND OF FLOWERS TO PLANT IN A CONTAINER

WE HAVE A CONCRETE CONTAINER IN FRONT OF WHERE I WORK AND WE WANT TO PLANT SOMETHING THAT WILL COME BACK EACH YEAR.

Here are some ideas. The perennials will come back each year, the annuals won't. (However some annuals reseed.)
