photinia roots

What kind of a root system does a photinia bush have? We need to dig one up and it’s near underground electrical wiring.

Transplant your shrub in the fall. Water well 2 days prior and and allow it to drain the day before you dig it up.
Trim the plant back to about 3 feet height.
Dip down around the base about 24 inches around. You may need to cut roots with a garden lopper.
Mist the roots and cover while you move the shrub to it’s new location.
Plant according to growing information in the link below. Water well to get established before winter.
