what is wrong?

I have several Gazania rigens in a pot they have remained in the same size and no flowers, I have used fertiliser and in the sun. what is wrong ? thanks

It is quite possible that they are over-crowded in their container. Have you tried splitting them up yet? If they are rootbound, then they may not be getting the proper watering.
