What Is Wrong With My Rose Plant?

Hello, I just got a rose plant not that long ago, but after a couple of days of having it realized the blooms opened to brown spotted roses, and some buds turned brown and never opened. I think it has rose cankers, but I am not sure.

It could be botrytis blight, a fungal disease. Here is more:
