What is wrong with my parlor palm?

So I have a parlor palm for about 6 months. When I got it, it looked totally normal and healthy. I’ve heard how to treat her and I do it that way, so the leaves are not burnt by light. I’ve noticed white spots all over the leaves and some of them died or look almost dead. I tried to shake my palm above the paper to look for pests and it turned out that microscopic bugs fell off. They are the size of half milimeter (0.5mm), very difficult to notice them… does anyone know what is that and how to treat it?

I believe that your palm has a spider mite infestation, as evidenced by the photo of the mite itself, the webbing and the mottling discoloration of the leaves.
For an advanced infestation like this you need to spray the foliage thoroughly top and bottom and stems, with a “miticide” otherwise known as an “acaricide”. Repeat spraying may be needed until the pest is fully controlled.
It is not an insect, but another type of arthropod, so common insecticides may not control it.

I don’t know what is available in Belgrade but if you check with a local garden shop they may recommend a product. Spider mites are a very common plant pest and most shops will have a product to recommmend.
Once the current infestation is cleared up, you can use an organic preventive spray program with neem oil. But I would not expect neem oil to be immediately effective against the current advanced infestation.
