Q.What Is Wrong With My Lemon Tree

Can please someone help me with my Meyer lemon tree it has been dropping leaves like crazy and has a brown stem. I’ve re potted it with new soil and water it until it’s dry 1 inch down what’s wrong with it??? Can I save it???

That seems to be very small for the large container that it is in. This will almost always lead to overwatering and infection.

When potting up, it is necessary to only go to a larger size of 1 inch on all sides to avoid this.

Treating this far along will prove difficult, and it would be wise to be prepared to lose the tree, but for the future, follow the above advice on repotting. Other than this, care of the tree will require some knowledge on what they need to survive.

BushDoctor Can I repot it into a smaller pot? Or should I give up on it I’ve put over a year into it and really would rather not give up
