Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe leaves on the north facing side of the tree are shriveled and dying. The leaves on the south facing side are fine. I also noticed that the bark on the northeast side is pulling away from the trunk. There has been plenty of rain.

Are you seeing any signs of insects or disease on the leaves or trunk?
This could be a wood boring infestation issue.
You could try treating with Neem Oil. I would remove any dead material and dispose of it to prevent spreading any disease.
