Q.What Is Wrong With My Hydrangea?

Many leaves are tearing near the stem and are hanging. Some leaves are spotted and/or have holes in them. Buds are ok. I don’t see bugs.

Cercospora is to blame. This fungus will have a specific control. You can learn more here:
