What Is Wrong With My Epiphyllums? Is It A Fungus?

Many of my plants are exhibiting similar discoloration. I dont know whether it is a fungus or something viral. I just dont want it to spread to my other plants. What can I do about it?

It looks bacterial or fungal, for sure. Make sure that it is in a soil that is mixed, specifically, for epiphytes. Otherwise, any thick soil will cause rot.

I would mix a small amount of compost with some orchid or cactus soil (either can work), and repot with it. I would make sure that your compost makes up no more than 1/4 of the entire mix. You can feed, later, but it will be more important that your soil is well draining.

I would, also, treat with a fungicide. Make sure to keep all heavily infected detritus out of the area, as it falls. Completely, dispose of it to stop the spread to healthy plant material. Here are some articles that will help:
