Q.What Is This Tree? Harmful?

Dear expert gardeners, My backyard backs into ravine. A tree is growing just outside the fence & branches are now coming into my property. Few of the same tree are in a distance. What is this tree? Name? Benign & benevolent? Or maybe create problems later.

That looks like smooth sumac (Rhus glabra). In your area These can become somewhat invasive, but they are not useless. The berries are used as tea. As long as you control the tree, then it won't be such a bad problem.
