What is this plant? Or is this a weed?

This plant is growing in my flower garden. No flowers have been produced yet, but it continues to grow in size. I do not remember planting it and believe it might be a weed, but want to make sure before I pull it out. It has also spread and is popping up in other areas of the garden.
