What is this plant?

Does anyone know what this plant is? It was in some soil I acquired for my garden.

Purchased topsoil is normally full of weed seeds. This looks like a type of sedum. When it blooms you'll be able to know what kind. If you want to eradicate it, use an herbicide that is safe for lawns.
